How often have you felt unheard?
Had to justify your decisions more than necessary?
Talked over or interrupted?
Or changed your behaviour to demonstrate your competence?
These behaviour contortions are exhausting. With little dragon as an expert partner - you won’t have to deal with any of that sh*t. We work with the authentic you to understand what your brand needs at a deep and emotional level.
We’ll help you get a clear understanding of what you need and why. We connect with the living and breathing essence of your brand, allowing you to nurture it. We’re collaborative, genuine and passionate about what we do. We won’t blind you with jargon but make you feel part of the process.
‘Friends are like coals in a fire.
Together they glow, apart they grow cold’
C.S Lewis.
I'm a brand specialist with over 20 years experience. I’m also a Mum to a mischievous and imaginative 5-year-old.
Like you, I struggle to maintain a work-life balance, I worry about being present with my daughter and the state of our world, but I also love the work I do. There’s nothing like peeling back the layers of a business or organisation to get to the essence of a brand and then evolve or renew it depending on our client’s business goal.
I’ve worked at multiple agencies across the private and charity sectors, and I’ve found that we produce our best work when we listen and understand first, and then create.
Ten years ago, I co-founded Narrative, a creative agency solely for the charity and not-for-profit sector. We worked with a range of organisations and projects, both big and small, from NSPCC, Macmillan, Young Minds, Comic Relief to Standing Together, Rethink Mental Health, and Peace Direct.
The work that brought me the most joy were projects focused on women’s issues – a brand for a St Martin’s capital project to fund raise money for a female-only homeless shelter. A brand extension for a report into housing opportunities for survivors of domestic abuse and Comic Relief’s research into older women’s experience of domestic abuse.
I founded little dragon because I strongly believe that we can make a better and more progressive world by supporting each other and championing the brilliant work of other women.
A world where female health is understood and not held against us, affordable childcare that doesn’t cripple family finances, where promotion and leadership are a given and above all, where women have the same opportunities as their male counterparts.
